Spinal Decompression Therapy: Is it for Me?

Hi. Please help, we are in South Africa. My husband suffers from Haemophilia A, he has been told that he has lumbar spinal decompression. What are the risks involved and where are we able to find a treatment like this in South Africa. He has been told that surgery is his only option. He has tried pain management and physio therapy. The pain management is helping for so long. The physio has been too painful. How long should physio continue to feel stronger? Thank you for your time.
